Pilgrim Road Ministries Board
Mission
Pilgrim Road Ministries exists to provide lasting ministry wherever God is working. This is done through relational discipleship and lifestyle evangelism. We work to bring the saving gospel of Christ into the hearts of both believers, to kindle the fire that God has lit in their hearts, and non-believers, bringing the message of God's Truth to their hearts and minds.
History & Roots
Pilgrim Road Ministries began in the year 1995 at the release of Dan Meyers' first album while at The Citadel Military College. The name was formed around the publishing of music, then as ministry began to grow and form structure, Pilgrim Road began to make its presents known. As Dan began to work with the military in 2002 throughout Europe, Pilgrim Road Ministries became the ministry headliner and it was formed underneath the National Heritage Foundation. Pilgrim Road Ministries became the headlining name of Dan's ministry with the Military in Europe/Asia for 24 tours and throughout the United States. The Board formed in 2010 as Pilgrim Road became independently registered as a 501c3 separating from the National Heritage Foundation (Congressional District Programs). As Pilgrim Road Ministries began its involvement with the Marine Corps training at NAS Pensacola, Dan Meyers and his family moved down to begin to minister to them leading Bible studies and discipleship. After three years ministering in Florida, the Meyers relocated to Fort Campbell Army Installation in Kentucky and they now live in Clarksville, TN. Dan leads soldiers in discipleship, various Bible Studies, outreach to retired military personnel, and continues working overseas with the Military and various ministries doing concert ministry. The board continues to support the Meyers in their ministry both at home and in efforts overseas.
